You will oversee employee benefits, including health and wellness initiatives, and communicate the value of total rewards packages. Your focus on creating a positive employee experience will contribute to attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

8+ years Total Rewards experience

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Strong benefits knowledge

Experience partnering with benefits vendors, negotiations, etc.


Compensation:
$115,000 - $130,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
