Job summary
Our Engineering Lab is responsible for developing prototype products along with comprehensive testing and certification of the products.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in delivering high-quality projects and supporting operational excellence this role will work closely with the Engineering Lab Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals maintain compliance with standards drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation.
- Setup and run performance qualification testing.
- Generate detailed reports on investigations findings.
