Quality Improvement SpecialistThe Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disability, Developmental Disabilities Program Community Services.
This position performs quality assurance activities for services provided to persons with developmental disabilities including visits to residential group homes, individual residences and day service locations. Other responsibilities include: on-site visits to ensure health, safety, and quality of life for service recipients; monitors trends in incident management reports to prevent future occurrences; conducts screenings to select individuals or waiver service opportunities.
