We are hiring for an Operations Specialist to provide tier 2 support, maintenance, and software services for a variety of digital menu board footprint (both indoor and outdoor).

This includes handling escalations from Tier 1 support, scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, and updating the knowledge base.

*Principal Accountabilities:

Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE clients
Provide tier 2 technical support assistance
Manage a variety of ticket queues for multiple clients
Perform other duties, as requested.

*Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
Minimum of 2 years technical support or relevant experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
