    Description

    CSS is seeking a part time Office Administration Support/ Housekeeper.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize the provided hotel reservation system to assist with room scheduling, reservations, and occupancy planning.
    • Perform inspections of housekeeping and laundry services.
    • Utilize quality control documentation to assist with inspections and identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist with planning, scheduling, and conducting special events and utilization of property amenities.
    • Assist with office duties as directed including making copies, creating documents, and utilizing spreadsheets.
    • Stock and maintain records of products, consumables, and asset inventory.
    • Assist with extra duties assigned for the day, week, month, etc.
    • Perform data and/or product information research as directed to support improvements or project needs.
    • Perform product procurement using provided software and other tools.
    • Serve as the supervisor's designee as directed to assign schedules and work, and provide guidance and direction to staff as directed.

    This position is also required to provide hands-on supportive services for housekeeping and laundry services performed on property. It is anticipated that % of the time will be spent performing housekeeping and laundry services. Services include but are not limited to:

    • Trash collection
    • Linen changes and tidy services.
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and appliances.
    • Clean and sanitize furniture and surfaces.
    • Clean and disinfect common spaces, training rooms, exercise rooms, lockers, and pet areas.
    • Perform routine deep cleaning services including but not limited to:
      • Ozone/air filtration, ceiling fans, and AC filters
      • Move furniture to clean underneath and behind.
      • Baseboards and walls
      • Rotate mattresses.
      • Clean and remove bugs/debris from lights and other objects.
    • Conduct room inspections per provided requirements.
    • Perform laundry services including but not limited to:
      • Washing and drying linens, towels, curtains, etc.
      • Folding, sorting, rotating, and organizing linens and products.
      • Maintain and inventory cleaning supplies and other consumable products.
      • Deep clean washers and dryers per schedule and report all repair needs promptly.
    • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 4 years office administration support in a company setting. Demonstrated experience in performing housekeeping services in either a residential or commercial setting.
    • Must be dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changes in work practices and schedules.
    • Must have experience independently using Microsoft Office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or similar applications.
    • Must have experience in developing and managing schedules for work, services, and other activities.
    • Must have experience in record keeping and maintaining inventories and other documentation.
    • Must be able to apply, understand and carry out oral and written directions.
    • Must understand the requirements for and don the necessary personal protective equipment.
    • Must demonstrate excellent work habits, good judgment, and exemplary customer service skills.
    • Must be attentive to detail and perform repetitious work for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to operate mechanical cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor cleaners, power sprayers.
    • Must be able to understand and implement corrective practices resulting from quality control inspections.
    • Must maintain a safe work environment by understanding and adhering to all safety data sheet instructions, employer and client-provided protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Must be dog friendly.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a reliable means of getting to and from work daily as scheduled.
    • Must be able to work 2nd shift from 1:30pm-10pm
    • Must pass a criminal background check for the past seven years and identify all countries lived in the past seven years.
    • Must pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to employment.
    • Moderate physical activity is required. Requires handling of objects up to 25 pounds, standing and/or walking for more than six hours per day. Physical activity may include stair climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, and repetitive motion.
    • Must be able to wear gloves, safety glasses, or other protective equipment to handle and dispose of hazardous cleaning or waste materials.
