    Human Resources Business Partner (food manufacturing)

    This is a full-time opportunity with the Intermedia Group, Inc. in Faribault or Albert Lea Minnesota.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate business needs and objectives with employee requirements
    • Assist HR Manager in planning, implementing, and administering personnel policies and programs

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills are required to interact with all levels of employees.
