Job DescriptionSalary: $80,000K- $160,000KSales Leader
Responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets and build the team in quantity and quality.
This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, building, and nurturing client relationships, and enhancing our sales effectiveness and sales process from prospecting to closing deals using our Lloyd Playbook system.
Should have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, excellent leadership skills, qualities and capacity and a proven track record in driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staffing sales professionals (CONTRACT and DIRECT HIRE).
· Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance expectations for the team.
· Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to develop the team's skills and achieve sales objectives.
· Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Sales Strategy, Planning and Thought Leadership:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
· Identify target markets, key clients, and potential business opportunities.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and changes.
· Set sales targets and develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.
Business Development:
· Generate new leads and prospects through networking, events, social, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and offering tailored solutions.
· Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
· Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless process from candidate identification to placement/fill.
Sales Process Management:
· Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation and qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
· Lead source management.
· Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
· Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast revenue.
· Ensure all jobs posted to our system are uploaded to the company web site.
Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing exceptional customer service.
· This includes in-person meetings and social activities outside of the office.
· Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction, successful placements, and long-term partnerships.
· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services within existing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Sales Leader or in a similar sales leadership role within the staffing industry.
· Strong understanding of staffing services, trends, and technologies.
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
