Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telemarketing and sales activities to promote our products and services
• Assist customers with benefits administration and insurance sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Experience:

• No Experience needed, will train the right candidates
• Familiarity with insurance products and sales administration is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
