- Reporting to a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports of examination, applications, and other administrative tasks related to financial institutions in the Field Territory. This includes summarizing findings, preparing recommendations for the Regional Director, and handling correspondence with various entities.
- Contribute to financial institution supervision and examination by assessing risks and enhancing the condition of institutions in the Field Territory.
- Lead and engage in examinations of insured deposit institutions, particularly those that are large, complex, or facing challenges.
- Offer guidance to field examiners on policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, as well as conduct or oversee investigations within the Field Territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with State and Federal Supervisory Agencies within the Field Territory, communicate with financial institution management, and address their inquiries effectively. Conduct off-site monitoring, engage in banker outreach, and oversee general supervision of banks.
- Implement Career Development Plans and Performance Management Program for staff, identifying training needs, assisting in individual development planning, monitoring progress, evaluating performance, and providing feedback. Supervise a team of at least six individuals.
- Ensure equitable execution of Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility initiatives, employee development, and performance programs. Manage diverse teams by assigning tasks, developing skills, monitoring performance, and fostering inclusivity.
