- Perform all required inspection processes, with a focus on first article and final inspection
- Develop inspection plans and inspection documentation
- Implement processes, procedures, and new ideas that reduce/eliminate scrap and rework
- Have a zero tolerance for parts leaving the shop to the customer that don't meet or exceed the customers' quality expectations
- Clear and consistent verbal and written communication to both internal and external customers
- First Article Dimensional Inspection
- Work with engineering department and Inspection lead ensuring the data collection and program efficiency along with program accuracy
- Ability to continuously improve and learn new software and different equipment
