- Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service background

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.o multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding plans, inquiries within their book-of-business; and provide guidance regarding the rules and regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world class service
- Assist in special projects periodically throughout the year
- Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues
