    We are looking for a call centre representative to handle incoming calls.

    Should have *one* of the following criteria :

    • College Degree
    • Prior customer service, sales, or call centre experience
    *Skills:

    • Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Customer service background
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.o multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
    *Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding plans, inquiries within their book-of-business; and provide guidance regarding the rules and regulations.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world class service
    • Assist in special projects periodically throughout the year
    • Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues
