Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Asset Manager to work for one of our clients, a Tier 1 Bank out of Dallas, Texas.

This position will have high level interactions with internal parties such as trading desks and compliance teams, as well as external parties including sub-servicers and vendors.

Collaborate with the trading desk to enhance portfolio strategy and manage tail positionsManage day-to-day operations of loan portfolios and track performanceOversee the foreclosure timeline management processAct as the primary point of contact for sub-servicers, assessing performance monthlyConduct on-site visits for servicers to review results and recommend improvement practicesWork alongside the analytics team to create and report on overall performance and flag points of concernQualifications:3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, focusing on loan servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and residential loan asset managementAbility to work with various technical applications (advanced Excel skills preferred)
