    BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is a warm, family-style assisted living community dedicated to providing quality care in a clean, supportive, and positive environment. We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Cook to join our team

    Position Schedule:

    Monday-Friday
    10:00am-6:30pm
    (No late nights No rotating weekends)

    Position Summary:

    The Cook is responsible for preparing nutritious, appetizing meals for our residents while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and dining environment. This position includes washing dishes after meals, cleaning and sanitizing the dining room, and ensuring all kitchen areas remain orderly and compliant with health standards. The Cook plays a key role in enhancing our residents' quality of life through thoughtful meal preparation and presentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve lunch and dinner meals
    • Follow menu plans and accommodate special dietary needs
    • Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment after meals
    • Clean and sanitize dining room tables, chairs, and serving areas
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
    • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs
    • Ensure proper food storage and temperature control
    • Work cooperatively with caregivers and management

    Requirements:

    • Current Food Handler's Permit (Oklahoma)
    • Current CPR Certification
    • Experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred
    • Knowledge of special diets and safe food handling practices
    • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
    • Ability to pass background check
