    Events Creative Director

    The Events Creative Director supports the Event Solution Line by leading the creative vision throughout execution. They direct the team on conceiving, designing, developing, and producing innovative communications campaigns for assigned clients/programs.

    The ideal candidate understands how to connect the creative strategy to clients' business issues, marketing and event goals, brand positioning, and audience personas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reside in the Greater Des Moines area
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience
    • 7+ years' experience producing creative content across industries and engagement types
    • Travel 25-50% of the year to meet with clients, conduct site inspections, oversee installations, and support/attend events
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise creative professionals
    • Develop innovative ideas and concepts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • General understanding of financial analysis and budget development
