Position SummaryThe Junior Engineer will support the LA Metro G Line project in a dual role as Office Engineer and Document Control working closely with the Design Manager and Quality Manager This role is responsible for maintaining accurate up-to-date project documentation tracking design changes and supporting design and quality coordination throughout the project lifecycle The position is full-time onsite in Van Nuys California Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Engineering Support Assist the Design Managerand Quality Managerwith day-to-day engineering administrative support Track log design changes revisions clarifications ensuring proper version controlSupport coordination betweendesignqualityconstructions regarding document updates modifications Review incoming technical documents completeness accuracy compliance withproject requirements Assist meeting preparation including agendas minutes action item tracking related todesignquality issues Document ControlResponsibilities Maintain current accurateproject files for plans specifications reports technical correspondence Ensure drawings specifications are kept up date distributed appropriate stakeholders Manage document workflows receipt logging routing archiving of records Enforce procedures standards accordin gtoLAmetro.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
