    Level99 is a first-of-its-kind entertainment experience, which opened its proof-of-concept venue in Natick MA in June 2021.

    A massive World of Challenges, over 48,000 square feet in size, Level99 offers a physical open-world game environment where groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms, each containing a unique physical or mental team challenge.

    Coupled with craft drinks and food in the Night Shift Beer Hall and an authentic brewery dining experience in the Night Shift Tap Room & Kitchen, Level99 is an exciting new entertainment experience designed for young adults.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The Regional Director of Sales will be an innovative and key business leader responsible for developing, executing, and managing the Events sales channel for Level99.

    They will oversee the Events business strategy across multiple units including the building of a best-in- class Events & Group Sales team, leading them in optimizing customer acquisition, event logistics coordination, and customer feedback/retention processes.

    The role will provide strategic and functional leadership by articulating needs and plans to the Level99 management team, in addition to rolling up their sleeves to provide hands-on execution, for the events business.

    This leader will work closely and cross functionally with our technology, marketing, operations, culinary, and facility development teams to overcome any obstacles to ensure Level99 is providing the best guest experience in the events channel.

    This leader must have a solid understanding of the fast-emerging immersive entertainment industry to continually improve the guest experience for the event channel.

    A key measure of success will be your ability to work cross-functionally to bring systems, processes, procedures and the guest experience to a world class level resulting in an industry leading event experience.

    The Regional Director of Sales reports to the company's Vice President of Food & Beverage.
    Job Description and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

    Strategic business leadership, working cross-functionally with the Level99 Leadership team to shape, develop, and execute an events sales strategy to reach and exceed annual sales and profit goals.

    Manage and/or create sales campaigns that build lasting relationships with Level 99 clients
    Build and lead an event sales team to gain new and repeat event clients across multiple locations

    Partner with Marketing to implement and spread the word about Level99 events including providing strategic support related to digital marketing, web and mobile interfaces, community partnerships, in-venue messaging.

    Partner with Operations to build, manage and iterate the 'Event Playbook' to facilitate ease of use and execution for different sizes and types of events
    Partner with the Operations and Culinary teams to continuously iterate on-brand food and beverage offerings that facilitate events and encourage incremental sales and repeat business

    Partner with Finance to support the creation of analytics, metrics and dashboards to track and manage event client satisfaction, event sales team and operations team performance, and overall sales and profitability targets, while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of overall business reporting.

    Develop competitive analysis and consumer insights that identify new areas of opportunity and additional product offerings that drive event revenue.

    Develop and direct sales strategies that engage with local and national organizations to network, build brand identity and develop strategic relationships that build sales.

    Create annual business plans and forecasts (sales, costs, org structure, capital) that support short and long-term event goals.

    Travel as necessary between venues to support overall team collaboration, leverage learnings and best operational practices, and drive the overall success of Level99 Events & Group Sales.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
    Bachelor's Degree or above in sales, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

    5+ years of sales and event experience at a leadership level, participating in strategy development, annual execution of event sales business plans, and management of the sales and services teams.

    Experience in immersive entertainment, hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue sales and operations.
    Expert understanding of events revenue generation.
    Experienced in marketing and event sales building programs that drive event revenue
    Expertise in developing and building sales teams, business development strategies, and relationship building through networking and community outreach
    Proven track record of sales results
    Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    Strong guest-facing communication skills
    Highly collaborative cross-functionally
    High energy and outgoing personality
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as having expert knowledge and experience with CRM/Sales Management/BEO platforms
    Ability to travel as necessary to execute on department goals and strategy.
    Must have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members as an ambassador of the Level99 brand
    Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    Compassionate, empathetic, humble, respectful, and kind – very high emotional intelligence
    OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
    Experience with TripleSeat or similar event management software
    Experience with Toast POS
    Knowledge of a second language, particularly Spanish, a plus

    Available shifts and compensation:
    We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
