    If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and want to work with innovative technology, come be a part of our great team ABOUT THIS POSITION The Program Manager, Sales Training will drive strategic selling training, leveraging best practices and tactics across the US sales organization.

    This role will work closely with the Director of Ecosystem Effectiveness to continually refresh and enhance the current sales training and development curriculum.

    The curriculum and content will tightly align with the Inspire ecosystem development playbook.

    This role will better prepare new hires, tenured sales personnel, and sales management to drive consistent sales execution and growth.

    OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Drive continuous improvements in sales training curriculum and content. Fully integrate strategic sales training curriculum and content into the Inspire new field employee training program. Lead all aspects of Inspire new hire training program. Maintain alignment of sales training curriculum with current marketing tools, programs, and organizational goals. Align sales and leadership development priorities with senior leadership. Lead all aspects of Learning Management System (LMS) needs, development, and implementation for field positions.

    WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required:
    Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering (Masters' degree a plus). Minimum of 5 years medical device industry experience in sales training. Additional marketing or sales experience a plus. Experience working cross functionally within an organization. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience launching new medical technology. High impact communication skills. Proven record of working effectively with sales teams.
