Craft Machine is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in industrial manufacturing management to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization.
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with industrial manufacturing standards and practices.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.
Lead and manage project teams to execute projects within the industrial manufacturing sector, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelinesDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, considering manufacturing processes and operational requirements
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to maintain project momentum
Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to allocate resources, manage dependencies, and address any manufacturing-related challenges
Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and senior management, fostering transparency and alignment
Conduct regular reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization within the industrial manufacturing domain
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or related field
Proven experience in project management within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
Experience with ERP systems, preferably JobBOSS, for managing manufacturing operations and tracking project progress
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile or Lean principles preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value in industrial manufacturing environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials desired
Ability to navigate industrial manufacturing facilities and operational environments
Visual acuity and attention to detail for reviewing manufacturing processes and project documentation
