    Description

    Our client, a leader in metal fabrication and structural assembly, is seeking a Welder to join their dedicated team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and maintenance of high-quality metal structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Job Title: Welder

    Location: North Randall, OH

    Pay Range: $21.5

    Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm

    What's the Job?

    • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welding tools and measuring instruments
    • Operate multiple welding machines to repair and maintain various metal equipment and structures
    • Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to determine project requirements
    • Set up welding machines based on specific task needs and materials
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety protocols

    What's Needed?

    • Experience with MIG welding, especially with high heat applications
    • Ability to pass a weld test demonstrating proficiency
    • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts
    • Knowledge of using cutting tools and related equipment
    • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
