    The Talent Acquisition Manager in a high-volume warehouse setting is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process to ensure the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the warehouse operation. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and collaborating with various departments to streamline hiring processes. This role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

    Responsibilities:

    Management and Leadership

    • Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on high-volume warehouse recruiting, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with recruitment goals, KPIs, and objectives.
    • Training and development of frontline recruiting staff.
    • Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, ratios of candidate submittals to hire, and various other metrics.
    • Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain a high volume of qualified candidates for warehouse positions.
    • Oversight of frontline hiring for new location start-ups and peak hiring.
    Candidate Sourcing and Hiring
    • Work closely with warehouse managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, prioritize hiring requirements, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates efficiently.
    • Research and participate in career fairs, networking events, industry-specialized events, and community functions for the purposes of sourcing candidates and branding the business.
    • Identify and source candidates; evaluate applicant qualifications, skills, and fit, for warehouse positions through resume review, screening, and hiring manager interview process.
    • Prepare and process hiring documentation to onboard new hires.
    Driver Recruiting
    • Oversight of the driver recruiting process to include DOT and Non-DOT driver hiring.
    • Review of Driver Qualification (DQ) files for compliance.
    • Assist Recruiters with developing pipeline for Driver openings.
    • Strategic planning for posting and advertising Driver positions.
    • Work with hiring managers on headcount and internal equity pay.
    Cross Functional Requirements
    • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional peers and groups.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Safeguarding the integrity of data in all systems utilized by the TA function.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • 5+ years of proven recruiting experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center environment required.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven capability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools (Workday and Tenstreet preferred).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
    • 3+ years of experience in DOT Class A Driver recruitment is required.
    • Knowledge of Federal and State DOT laws and regulations.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates at all levels including Dispatchers, Port Authorities, Terminals and Transportation groups.

    Pay Range

    $110,000-$150,000*

    *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
