    About the Job

    We are seeking candidates to fill a Mail Processing Clerk role. The primary responsibility of this position is to process and sort mail accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, customer assistance and clerical duties will be part of this job.

    • Sort and process mail efficiently
    • Provide support for mailing inquiries and services
    • Maintain accurate records and process mail forms

    Action items include sorting and processing large volumes of mail, as well as assisting customers with their queries regarding mailing services. A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in these tasks.
    What You'll Need:
    The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in customer-facing roles or data entry positions can also be beneficial.
