Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to lead ground-up residential construction projects in the New Orleans area.This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for ground-up residential projects (slab-on-grade and elevated homes)
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and project schedules
