HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

Perform business operation and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to processes and tool operations for the organization.

Work with stakeholders across the technical team to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements; translate requirements into design options to analyze and validate user needs; act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and developers; facilitate and support QA/testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.

Develop and maintain training materials/quick reference guides pertaining to workflow projects and tool/process improvements; assist in communicating enhancement and bug fixes to the team and providing bi-yearly training to user community.

Assist with development and maintenance of necessary process documentation, to include SOPs, QA checklists, policies, and other general guidance in support of workflow projects and tools; Facilitate review and approval of documentation with the applicable stakeholders.

Assist stakeholders in tracking software license expirations, gathering quotes, and drafting necessary procurement requirements for maintenance renewals and new license requests.

Required:
3 years professional experience.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats.
Experience interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Scientific, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
Desired 3+ years of experience in business/program analysis or related position performing requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification.
Experience facilitating and participating in user acceptance testing.
Prior experience with Atlassian Jira or similar workflow development toolset.
