    Position summary:

    The IAM Specialist is responsible for design, develop, test, implement, and integrate identity and access management frameworks, systems, and protocols. The identity and access management engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of IAM systems including SSO, authentication and access controls ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of IAM systems and data. The IAM Specialist is responsible for ensuring that TCH IAM systems are implemented properly and function as intended. The IAM Specialist role is also responsible for supporting the HR functions like onboarding, offboarding and transfers of TCH employees and contractors

    Position Requirement:

    Interested applicants for the identity and access management engineer position must typically meet the following requirements set forth in an IAM engineer job description:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JIT (just in time) access, etc.
    • Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions
    • Hands on experience in configuring implementing and onboarding applications on SailPoint using connectors. Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow is highly desirable
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
    • Hands on experience with coding and writing queries in Powershell, SQL and HTML
    • Knowledge of configuring and supporting RDP, SecureCRT and PuTTY
    Principal Responsibilities:

    Typical day to day duties of the IAM Engineer role may include:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems like Cyberark, SailPoint, Core Security IGA solutions, SSO and MFA.
    • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical and process related identity and access management related issues.
    • Improve and automate identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.
    • Perform access re-certifications for user access and roles
    • Support HR related events like onboarding, offboarding and transfers of TCH employees and contractors
    • Coach and train other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management.
    Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is highly desirable

    The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$95,000. Base salary will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
