- Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money involved in financial transactions. Complies with all Bank policies and regulations.
- Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements.
- Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures.
- Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions, issuing computer generated receipts.
- Places hold on accounts for uncollected funds.
- Orders daily supply of cash.
- Counts incoming cash.
- Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift.
- Explains and promotes products or services such as, Merchant Card services, Credit Cards, Payroll services, Deposit, Savings and Certificate of Deposits, Online Banking, etc.
- Opens new accounts.
- Removes deposits from, and counts and balances cash in, automated teller machines.
- Accepts loan payments.
- Answers incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Make credit card cash advances, cashiers check and money orders.
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
- Responsible for complying with bank policies, BSA and related laws.

- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years.
- Preferred Experience: 2 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
