    Description

    The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the functional areas, such as onboarding, employee relations, performance management, reward & recognition, training, compliance, and compensation, as well as enforcing company policies and procedures.

    Candidates must be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for our hybrid work schedule.

    Responsibilities Include:

    1. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: analytics, benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, leave administration, onboarding, payroll, performance management, reward & recognition, staffing, and training.

    2. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    3. Evaluates current processes, identify and suggest improvement in all HR areas.

    4. Brings forward ideas and work on projects to improve HR service and delivery.

    Minimum Qualifications Include:

    Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred and or equivalent experience

    3+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred

    Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

    Knowledge of administrative task and responsibilities

    Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking

    Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills

    Strong empathy, compassion, and interpersonal skills

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

    Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS systems
