    Kingston Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN Staff Development Nurse to join our dynamic team. As an RN Staff Development Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the professional growth and development of our nursing staff. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that promote clinical excellence, cultural competence, and inclusivity. You will work closely with our nursing team to identify learning needs, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess, plan, and implement educational programs that support the professional development of our staff.
    • Develop and deliver training modules on topics such as cultural sensitivity, diversity in healthcare, and inclusive patient care practices.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, providing guidance on best practices for creating an inclusive and welcoming care environment.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among the nursing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in the state of Ohio
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
    • Experience in staff development, education, or training preferred.
    • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in a healthcare setting.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
