    Summary: Seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to manage all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality issues including reporting, recordkeeping, and training for employees.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety and quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • Experience with risk analysis and root cause analysis
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing
    • Working knowledge of OSHA and ISO/IEC 17025 standards

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with the Quality Program and ISO 17025 accreditation certification at all times
    • Review test operations deliverables for compliance with Quality Program requirements
    • Act as the prime contact with all internal and external auditors for quality related matters
    • Develop, maintain, implement the Internal Audit program & schedule, conduct regular internal audits
    • Respond to requests for information regarding the Quality Program from customers & accreditation bodies
    • Investigate and manage the corrective action for all non-conformities identified
    • Develop, maintain, implement regular quality training for all employees
    • Conduct daily inspections/spot audits of work activities to assure conduct is in accordance with approved procedures
    • Maintain quality records and documents as required by the Quality Program
    • Develop and maintain all HSE procedures
    • Implement new employee safety orientation for incoming employees
    • Be responsible for all OSHA required training, recordkeeping, reporting
    • Monitor environmental issues at KPT; provide annual report of environmental statistics to corporate groups
    • Provide regular reports to management regarding the Quality & HSE Programs
    • Develop performance metrics (KPI's) for HSE & Quality

    Preferred Skills:

    • Demonstrated relationship & management skills
    Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
