The Business Analyst acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing deep analytical expertise to uncover business needs, assess opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the Business Analyst guides requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and project delivery—ensuring business objectives are clearly translated into actionable plans.
- Providing Functional/Technical Expertise (30%): Advises teams on process design,
- Process Execution Support (25%): Assists operational teams in executing processes accurately and efficiently,
- Operational Excellence Initiatives (20%): Monitors compliance with process standards and recommends corrective actions,
