About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll focus on larger, more complex deals and relationship-driven selling to the construction industry focusing on mid-market opportunities. This role is ideal for an experienced field seller who enjoys representing a product in person, building trust over time, and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Team on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

This is a remote role that requires residency in Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for mid-market sized construction companies

  • Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events

  • Represent Finvari at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings nationwide

  • Run discovery, demos, and negotiations with senior stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)

  • Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions

  • Strong preference to candidates with working knowledge of ERPs, commercial card/payment solutions or construction accounting processes

  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes with a consultative selling mindset

  • Ability to travel regularly within territory for face-to-face selling

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000 with unlimited commission potential.
