- Program administration, including the establishment of admission and field processes, goal monitoring, student progression/retention, and promoting program value through presentations and community relations.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Recruit, orient, and develop a roster of well-qualified adjunct faculty
- Develop and approve syllabi for all courses that meet education and accreditation standards, conducting regular program reviews to ensure curricular relevance
- Advise students on academic requirements, contribute to the university governance structure, and participate in commencements, convocations, and other university events

- 3+ years experience in teaching and advising at the graduate level
