    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team at our bustling auto dealership

    This role is integral to the smooth operation of our business and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office operations, including financial tasks, payroll, and monthly sales tax.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in the automotive dealership industry is a plus.

    Oversee all office operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
    Manage financial tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
    Use advanced Excel skills, such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze and interpret financial data.
    Prepare and process monthly sales tax and ensure all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
    Handle payroll duties, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and resolving any payroll issues.
    Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
    Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering office supplies and managing contracts and agreements.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive dealership or finance industry.
    Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
    Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    Experience with payroll processing and monthly sales tax.
    A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
