Direct Hire No C2C Hybrid Position Irving, Texas

Our client is growing and looking for a contract Sales-Driven Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our software products. We are open to considering contractors interested in a Direct hire arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in product management with a background in business analysis or Scrum Master roles.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Develop and execute strategies for product road mapping, aligning with company goals and market demands.

Utilize Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive efficient product development.

Possess at least one certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe.

Prioritize sales-oriented initiatives for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with banking or financial sectors is a plus.

Maintain a hybrid work schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Product manager-

Business analyst experience or scrum master experience but preferably product manager working on the software side- 5-7 years experience

This person would be making sure Internal and external needs are met

At least 1 certification

Agile or scrum master or a safe certification

Strategy road mapping

Banking or financial is a plus

Hybrid- Monday and Fridays at home
