Job summary
The Patient Access Generalist supports the students and staff of the CSU Health Network by providing administrative support,customer service,
and facilitation of patient flow through Medical and Counseling Services.
This position maintains a high level of professionalism
and confidentiality as the first point of contact for students seeking health services.
This position works closely with providers,
support staff,
and other team members to ensure efficient administrative support
and a smooth referral process.
