- Analyzes applications, software systems, and user requirements; coordinates information system projects which includes implementing applications modules, analyzing system capabilities, implementing process and procedure changes, recommending system enhancements, and coordinating software upgrades or system changes.
- Provides video forensics assistance to Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators with security system/DVR/NVR/surveillance systems.
- Works with developers/tech support to address/resolve issues with software, install/test multiple patches/upgrades for TIBRS data submission, troubleshoot and resolve all evidence scanner and evidence label printer issues.
- Monitors, configures, and maintains systems and applications in assigned area of responsibility; upgrades, installs, and tests new applications.
- Negotiates and purchases support agreements with external vendors.
- Trains end users on systems and applications.
- Prepares, maintains, updates, and reviews a variety of operational records and reports.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

- Associate degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.
