Helpdesk Analyst
Duration: 12 months (possible extension or conversion)

Location: HYBRID W/ ONSITE REQUIREMENT - 2/3 days onsite

San Antonio, TX 78245

This is our standard GIDA support role. Need resources with helpdesk support background, ticketing systems, light Active Directory
09:30AM-18:00PM CST M thru F , potential on call support during off hours

Qualifications :

Technical proficiencies with applications/systems as we support hundreds of applications on multiple platforms.
Basic Understanding of Information Security.
Good Time Management Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills

Responsibilities :

Coordinate with own team to fulfill requests
Work closely with other groups within the business and throughout
ssist with providing core customer service support for targeted applications and system
Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files
