- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in office, retail, and lab space across the Cummings Center campus
- Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, RTU's with gas/dx cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, control wiring, and variable-frequency drives
- EPA recovery certification
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum of three to five years of experience
- Residency in the greater Beverly area
- An excellent customer service attitude
- Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
- Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required
