    Description

    Straumann Group North America is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our growing team as we scale to meet the demands of a large field and inside sales operation. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing reporting while developing the next generation of tools and insights to grow our organization. In addition, the Sales Compensation Analyst will be a key communications partner in working with Sales and Support Leadership to drive performance and improve communications between departments.

    This is a hybrid role based out of the Andover, MA office (3 days per week in office).

    This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following (* indicates essential function):

    • Manage sales compensation plan for the North American sales team
    • Design and administrate the compensation models to effectively calculate monthly, quarterly, annual payments
    • Own the sales incentive process, be able to identify issues before they become a problem
    • Participate and advise the commission accrual meetings with finance team, forecast expected costs vs revenue
    • Recommend new sales programs and KPIs to drive the right behaviors in the field
    • Process to payroll timely & reliable field sales commission, bonus, and sales performance awards.
    • Provide analytical support to the field sales management team
    • Prepare revenue & expense budgeting and forecasting
    • Create and distribute daily sales performance reports/dashboard to management and field sales
    • Reconcile sales data to ensure on-going accuracy in all systems
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma with 4+ years' work experience
    • 1+ years' experience in a data analysis role or in a similar analytical role
    • 3+ years' experience utilizing toolssuch as Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex lookup formulas, Power Pivot, VBA, and nested conditional formulas
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working within a sales or business development environment
    • Familiarity with database querying tools
    • Ability to write complex SQL statements
    • Experience with incentive management programs (i.e. Xactly, Varicent)
    • Experience with CRM & BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Cloud).
    • High attention to detail and consistency
    • Quick learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to stay highly organized while collaborating with other colleagues in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-directed learner. Willingness to be vulnerable and ask questions
    • Clear and concise communicator. Ability to synthesize complex data or problems into actionable information
