    Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
    Location: Raleigh, NC
    Help Desk Analyst:

    Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team If you are looking for an opportunity to join a great team and grow your skills, take a look at the position requirements and apply today

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide first and second level deskside and phone support for end users
    • Documentation of incidents in company ticketing system and escalation when necessary
    • Perform hardware maintenance on desktops, laptops, and other equipment
    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in end user support
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to deal diplomatically with a wide variety of end users
    • Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops
    • Experience supporting Windows, Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Active Directory, and other office software
