- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software a plus
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
- A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must
- In addition to English, fluency in at least one of the following languages is required: Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
