Duties:

Provide position management and classification support, including reviewing and analyzing specific occupational series and other organizational information (e.g., mission, functional statements, and organizational charts)
Provide classification recommendations that will best support the organization's strategic goals.
Utilize the Office of Personnel Management's classification standards and any applicable DOJ and/or DEA guidance to complete a full range of tasks to Classify positions and complete Desk Audits in accordance with the Federal Wage System (FWS) and/or the General Schedule (Client).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of position classification/management and/or compensation experience for the Federal government.
Sufficient technical proficiency with databases, automated systems i.e., SharePoint.
