    Vetted is seeking a RN - Home Health for a travel job in Alpena, Michigan.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $14,044/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 13 weeks
    • Shift length: 9 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 45
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
    • Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
    • Work 45 hours per week with 9-hour shifts.
    • Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
