Job Title:Payroll Specialist (DIR & Prevailing Wage)

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Pay Rate: $52,000 - $62,400 ($25 - $30/hr.)

Schedule: M - F, 8 am - 5 pm

Duties:

● Responsible for full cycle Prevailing wage payroll processing and DIR Reporting for up to 30 employees

● Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

Qualifications:

● Prevailing Wage Payroll processing for 30+ employees

● DIR Certified Payroll Reporting experience

● Knowledge of wage rates and the DIR: California Department of Industrial Relations.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred but not required)

● Able to work 100% on-site.
