- Identify and analyze opportunities to grow the company's employed clinic model through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Manage the deal process from sourcing to structuring and negotiating to signing and closing
- Partner closely with clinic integrations/operations leaders throughout the deal process to ensure smooth handover upon closing
- Actively research the target market segment and assess new opportunities for growth, investigate and evaluate potential acquisitions, geographic expansions, and joint ventures in line with the organization's overall strategy and vision
- Break down complex problems with a combination of data, analytical rigor, and input from internal and external stakeholders; present recommendations to senior leadership and departmental leaders
- Innovate and develop both standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics that will allow key stakeholders and company executives maintain a real-time pulse on company activities and strategic direction
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting and/or corporate strategy
- Excellence in negotiating and signing transactions with physicians
- Complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively 11+ hours/day, including meeting with acquisition target personnel after normal business hours

- The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $90,000.00 and $120, This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
