Responsibilities
DAY SHIFT- 5:00AM to 3:30PM Mon- Thurs
Performs equipment and machine programming/ set ups/ and operation for boat and other projects
Generate nest sheets and provide to Router Lead
Creates material issue report for each project and submits to accounting
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment and tools that improve workflow, efficiency, and team member safety. Drives and implements approved changes under the direction of the Supervisor.
Will set up and/or verify settings on router machines
May operate equipment and machinery based on the needs of the business

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
A minimum of 3 years programming equipment and machinery such as router tables and CNC machines
Ability to code strongly preferred
Ability to learn and apply new software and information technology
Requires a working knowledge in the usage of production machinery, common hand tools, handheld power tools and equipment
Requires good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot situations such defective parts, equipment or designs issued, tool and equipment problems, while maintaining productivity
High School Diploma or GED; Vocational School, Technical School or Military Training or equivalent work experience
