- Provide strategic leadership and direction to childcare centers within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple childcare centers, including staffing, enrollment, program quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize operations and ensure consistency across locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess center performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor center directors and other operational staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, marketing, and curriculum development, to support center operations and drive organizational initiatives.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies to promote the organization's reputation and credibility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards governing childcare operations.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective enrollment management, budget oversight, and cost-control initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in early childhood education and childcare management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or leadership role, including at least 2 years in a regional or multi-unit leadership role.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, licensing regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and childcare management software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
