    Job Summary:
    As a Superintendent, you will serve as a pivotal leader in ensuring the successful execution of mechanical construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating resources, managing project schedules, and maintaining a safe work environment.

    Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams and subcontractors, organizing work activities and scheduling resources to ensure efficient project execution.

    Proficiently read and interpret complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly, facilitating accurate installation of mechanical systems.


    Identify and solve complex job-related problems independently or collaborate with the project manager and/or director of operations to develop effective solutions that meet project requirements.


    Serve as the primary liaison with client representatives, maintaining regular communication to address concerns, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

    Attend all project meetings, actively participate in discussions, and provide input on project progress, challenges, and strategies for success.


    Conduct safety talks, maintain safety check-in sheets, and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe work environment for all project personnel.


    Oversee tool inspection reports, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition to support project activities.


    Collect and submit employees' (permanent and temporary) time to the office accurately and in a timely manner, facilitating payroll processing and project cost tracking.


    Conduct performance reviews for employees working on the project, providing constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing outstanding performance.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in mechanical systems installation techniques.

    Ability to work with a variety of tools commonly used in mechanical construction projects.

    3+ years of experience managing projects and personnel, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, with the ability to travel to project sites as required.

    Must successfully pass a background check to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
