Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Emergency Room RN to join our team for weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in the Emergency Room setting, demonstrating a strong ability to manage high-pressure situations and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Assess patient conditions and implement care plans effectively
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies consistently

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of ER RN experience
• Current NJ RN License
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Current PALS Certification
• COVID-19 vaccination plus 1 booster and Flu Shot required
