Description
Overview Director of Clinical ServicesFor a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Develop and implement behavioral health programs, policies, and clinical strategies.
Oversee the budget and financial management of behavioral health services.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state (Texas), and local regulations.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
Manage staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
Handle patient complaints and advocate for high-quality patient care standards.
Requirements/Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related healthcare management field Current, valid Texas licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Significant experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record in behavioral health Experience in leadership and management roles, including budget management and staff supervision Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient care standards, and performance data analysis Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing behavioral health services ','directApply':
