Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mor-Value Parts. As a leading wholesaler of parts for industrial floor care equipment, we pride ourselves on fast and friendly service. This role involves handling customer requests from basic price quotes to in-depth parts lookups.

Qualifications:

Parts department experience is helpful but not required
Basic mechanical comprehension is necessary
A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential
At least one year of customer service experience is required
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary
Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, are required

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
